Now that I've watched Battlestar, I get aaaaaaalmost torn between Jess/Rory and Adama/Roslin as the Ultimate Book-Lovin' OTP (Adama sits by her bedside and reads pulp fictiony detective novels to her, even though he is a stoic admiral! It is lovely), but then Jess/Rory wins by a margin. Just because ... Jess/Rory! I dream a thousand daydreams of their Luke and Lorelai Wedding reunion, a thing which my brain shall always accept as truth.
