Aw, almost wanted to cry for the poor boy. This is very well written and certainly captures Guy well, and is especially ironic when you think of all the times Marian decieved Guy and you made it very clear how little remorse she has for that yet expects him to be completely honest. I don't understand how so many people just don't seem to see how completely and utterly in love with Marian Guy is. I keep getting people telling me, he just wants to possess her, he's just obssessed with her, and yes, he's both possessive and obssessive about Marian, but neither preclude him loving her truly and entirely. I watch the Guy/Marian bits in Ep.1.13 all the time, just fastforward through the rest, esp. pathetic Robin, he's so not possessive about Marian (<insert heavily sarcastic tone here). Poor Guy, trying to do the right thing and everything's always against him.
Sorry, this comment sort of turned into half a rant, anyway, It's a fine little story.
ps. Been lurking here a week or so, love the fics, love the community, hope we all keep it up with all the opposition that seems to be facing our OTP in the season to come.
