I'll amend that. It's fun when it's well-written, which this was. As was your Karen/Pam interaction. I love the idea that Karen is allowed to be a little bitter, because I imagine she will have no trouble justifying that to herself, and it's completely understandable, and it just made her very real, and very easy to relate to. :]
