There's wind in her hair and water whipping at her face, rising up from the ocean as if to greet her as wave after wave crashes into her ship. A storm is coming, thick grey clouds having gathered together to obscure what had been a clear blue sky, but Anamaria is smiling sunshine bright, in her element here more than anwyhere. She's always been at one with the sea. It's an extension of her; ebbing and flowing, as unpredictable as it is free.
And she is as strong as any wind, as devestating as any hurricane. Anamaria is fire and ice; a rage as solid as any glacier. She is unshakeable, and so her ship will be safe. No weather is too powerful for her, no storm a match for her strength.
Danger is what she lives for. She's fearless and determined and prehaps slightly mad - she did serve under Jack Sparrow once, after all, and mama always said madness was catching.
Then there is a perfect calm, and the first evening star. It is beautiful in its own way, if not as beautiful as the storm, and her destination is the horizon as she continues to steer her ship, the one posession she has to her name but the only thing she'll ever need. She doesn't know what she'll find there, but she's made it this far, and a star is as good a guide as any.
