Thank youuu! ♥ They're growing on me too! All throughout season one, I could see it but my reaction was kinda like "Eeeaurghhhh!", but now it's more like, "... Oohhhh." They have just got so much that's interesting going on! I think you don't even have to throw the sexual component in there in order for it to be fascinating.
(IS THERE ANY SHOW IN THE WORLD THAT SEEMS MORE SUITED TO A CHRISTMAS EPISODE THAN MERLIN? I swear, every episode feels like a Christmas episode! Imagine how great it would be with snow! And beheading games! And BOYKISSING. Ha ha ha, I am kind of tempted to do an episode-esque fic wherein the Green Knight shows up and challenges all the dudes to lots of stupid life-defying games and every male at court gets magically sucked into it -- it's like medieval Jackass! -- and Morgana and Gwen have to save everybody from being morons and getting their heads chopped off and getting magical girdles from sluts and stuff. Because seriously, seriously, Morgana and Gwen need to save the boys one of these days.)
