Oh my god, this was just far too brilliant. I love the way you write Andy and his weird over-talking. Actually, all the voices in this are brilliant - Oscar being a bit worn-down and grumpy, the little flash of Michael in the party, Jim being Jim. They're all really solid.
THIS is just perfect: “Oscar, man, sorry to break it to you, man, but your party’s lame,” Andy proclaims, stupidly grinning as he comes to a rather shaky stop in front of Oscar.
As it THIS: Gil had always been very elitist about snack food selection. Carr’s were the crackers of choice. He’s not sure a box of Wheat Thins has ever come under the roof. God forbid Triscuits.
Andy/Here Comes Treble/The Stripper is such a horribly brilliant image that it could have come right out of the show. And Oscar's painful realisation that Andy's getting more action from him than he does from Angela is just wonderful.
What I'm trying to say is that this is all just really great and just lovely. I was sort of shipping Oscar/Andy already but this makes it feel all real and convincing!
