*adores completely* This story wins in every single way. Every character's voice is just *perfect*- love how Jim purposely baited Andy (b/c even Jim can be a dick sometimes), Ryan's insistence that Ryan and Simon are NOT gay (b/c he knows what Michael would make of that), Michael's belief that everything gay traces to Oscar, Dwight being Michael's Paula, ALL OF IT. Best part, though, (even better than the beyond-cuteness of JAM) was Kelly-Oscar in the kitchen. You write Kelly better than any other fic writer, and this line is just hilarious: Maybe Oscar’s life is just one big lame gay prom.
