OH LORDY. Seriously, either you're an Office scribe in disguise, or they need to hire you right away. I don't watch Idol, but I know enough of it to know this is the best fic ever. Jim would totally pull the Sanjaya card on Andy. And Dwight figuring it out and being secretly proud of himself? Perfect. Aw, Jim and Dwight.
Maybe Oscar’s life is just one big lame gay prom. Ahahaha. Kelly is awesome (plus, Juliet reference FTW!). And Oscar would totally just stand there, taking in Kelly's fretting over Ryan's sexuality and nodding along to make her feel better.
The ensemble bit toward the end is the best though. The way they play off of each other is so true to the show, and omg Stanley. And Creed. And Ryan, I can totally see him staring straight at his computer and muttering "fantastic", trying very hard not to care. :D
