Hahaha, after the Dirty Laundry hijinks, why couldn't Henry take the "Man, this string of constant hookups is more trouble than it's worth! I'm going to change my ways and win back the favor of my diabolical genius human masterpiece of a wife!" route instead of the "CATHERINE HAS REJECTED ME, MUST EXHIBIT MY GODLY POWER OVER THE WHOLE OF WOMANKIND BY KILLING A BUNCH OF INNOCENT WOMEN IN RETALIATION" route? (I mean, I don't know if the latter route is the actual direction canon's taking; that's just the vibe the previews have given off.) I just feel like that would have been the much healthier life choice.
I really think Henry is not going to last the season, bless his singularly awful soul. And based on the promo (which may be misleading), he will have thoroughly earned his deadness! I know his historical counterpart died from some pretty nasty injuries from a jousting match, and it seems like the show is sticking with historically accurate causes of death (Francis/Ear Infection = notp!), so I'm wondering if we will see that. Whatever happens, THINGS GONNA GET CRAY.
