AHAHA. I just found this, and I am squeeing very hard inside. The fake!married trope is one of my most favorite tropes, and Lassiter/Juliet is always a win. I can see why you gave up the show (oh, Shules, and the eye twitch that I have developed as a result), but this reminded me of everything I love about the show. Which is about 90% Lassiter.
