i'm walkin' on (shippy) sunshine, whoa-oh!
So, er, I had to picspam. And seeing as how this episode was . . . rather more extraordinary than they usually tend to be in one particular respect, I kinda upped the picspam ante and got fancy-ish with things!!
Firstly -- I'm still having trouble believing this episode actually exists. In fact, I am like 88.7% certain that I somehow managed to make it up, and Guy/Marian has just driven me so nuts that it somehow manifested visibly on my computer screen. If these screencaps are not at all familiar to you, and you're all, "The hell? When did Guy and Marian have a series of THE ANGSTIEST SCENES OF ALL TIME and then live happily and adorably ever after complete with hugs and kisses?" . . . I apologize. It's just my delusional, delusional brain's fault.
But, er, operating under the (mindblowing) assumption that this episode actually exists--
I don't even . . . know where to begin, honestly. We've all been anticipating Guy figuring out Marian was the Nightwatchman since the early days of season one, and I can say fairly confidently that I don't think any of us expected it to turn out like this. At all. My wildest Guy/Marian-related dreams never dared to go quite this far. The fact that we finally get to see Marian confess what she genuinely feels for him, that now it seems like they're moving on, ready to connect with one another on a level that isn't built on lies . . . I . . . yeah. IT IS VERY GOOD, is what I'm saying.
I think I hereby embrace this as my own personal season finale, because there is no way our couple is going anywhere but down after this. It's too wonderful to last.

That line SLAYED me!!
This was AMAZING!!! I loved the extra touch you gave it, with the quotes =D!
Tell me I'm not alone in thinking this (http://i236.photobucket.com/albums/ff73/therevengeof/211%20picspam/2x11-17.jpg) was kind of hott.

And seriously, as soon as he got down on the floor with her, I expected them to start making out. You could just feel it in the tension. And I like to think that they could too. :D

I am not in any way lying to you. There are just no words for how completely gorgeous it is.
And them! With their...
You know, I don't even know what. But as soon as I see the full episode, and as soon as my brain feels like it's back in place, I'm feeling an essay creeping up on me.

I think that a Guy and Marian shipper broke onto the set, switched her fanfic with the real crappy episode and RA and LG played it out without knowing the truth. By time the directer and writers realized that this beautiful excuse for an episode was in fact not theirs, the ep, had already aired. Yep. That's what must have happened. Let's go Watson, case solved.

Saving to mems. Thank you. This picspam is the best one ever.
I don't think I'll have the courage to see what happens next as it can only be worse...

But he is all smiley smiley now :D
I loved that episode, though I found his sudden change of heart a bit random and... sudden. One minute he was quite upset and the next he didn't mind, s'like wtf??

GUH. Ohh, this was the ultimate Guy/Marian episode. Forever and ever. Amen. Just, GUH. And then you come along and make it even more awesome with PICSPAM!
I don't think any of us expected it to turn out like this. At all. My wildest Guy/Marian-related dreams never dared to go quite this far.
EXACTLY. I was expecing all of the angst, but NONE of the reconciliation (based on honesty and hugs and kisses!). Ohhh, show. I approve of this.

I am suddenly really worried about Guy's fate in the next episode. Because...I mean...it seems the only way the writers can now end G/M is to have one of them die, since R/M is the "legendary otp" and not even Guy finding out the truth about Marian can stop them loving eachother. And I think it would set up some storylines from Season 3 quite well.
I shall stop tainting this beautiful picspam with evil thoughts now.

I cried watching last night and am tearing up again looking at your beautiful pics. Adding the dialogue is a masterstroke. Poor Guy...his life has peaked right here and he doesn't even know.
Thankyou!

I knew it was his idea the second the arrow landed I shouted "ALLEN!" closly followed by jumping up and down squeeing that it was all Guys plan then falling off the couch in glee.
I nearly burst into tears when the sherrif punched him n just sort of squeaked in glee for the rest of the epsisode.

This is going into my memories, to be re-viewed thoroughly. I'm with you on the 'what the heck is this and am I dreaming' sentiment - I just hope the show lets us live with it for a while longer!

THEY ARE UNFAIRLY ATTRACTIVE and I love them so much and THIS IS GOING IN MY MEMORIES. NOW.

That being said, these are really lovely. The quotes with the different font sizes... really worked for me.

'...Lose everything we had, or could ever have', sounds like Marian was channeling Buffy then. Buffy said the same thing to Angel in I Will Remember You, the best shippy episode ever! Hee.

And the side of me that LOVES Robin/Marian hates me for shipping Guy/Marian.

but as for the rest, Guy was amazing.
the lines: "We've lost far more than that already."
and
"Oh the way i followed mine? and always to your door." I teared up.
When the Sheriff slaps him and she takes a step forward as if to defend Guy i was like "Oh wow!" and then the beauty of the scene later. Loved it. All of it.
They should have gotten married, that's it.
