It is so in character, and gives us Oscar/Andy fans stuff to glee over, and by god, if I wasn't in love with Andy before, I sure as hell would be by now. And I kind of wanted to hit Angela, only because she's so bitchy to Andy. He doesn't deserve it! He's like a little humming puppy! I could totally imagine the whole thing, it was completely played out in my mind. No other fic (or would it be potential script? Fan-Script? Fript?) has really nailed the characters as you have. (That's what she said. :D) I lovelovelovelove your Michael. So in character. And the way he gives his traditional feel-good speech at the end! <333333 It was so good. (So was Creed. <3) But yes.
