Thank you for reminding me why I love Jam. Karen came along and minorly ruined everything by making me LOVE HER so much. I wound up liking Pam/Karen and Jim/Karen and Jim/Pam/Karen in addition to Jim/Pam because, sigh, I just don't want to see her hurt! And now Jim/Pam is a little tainted for me by Karen's pain.
Seeing all these moments, it sort of recaptures my S1 and S2 love of Jam. This is the sort of song that I'd sort of be torn by at first because it's almost too sappy, really, and yet it'd end up appealing to me on that base level of my self that doesn't try to be ironic all the time and actually likes sappy sincere things like the pure cuteness that is Jim/Pam. But you've made me skip the whole inner conflict of irony vs. sincerity and get right to the insides melting from romance part.
