Aw, thank you so much! The scene at the end kinda surprised me -- I hadn't meant to get all melancholy -- but I like how it turned out. I think that Ryan occasionally finds himself feeling sympathetic for Michael (like his "Loneliness . . . and women" comment in Initiation) and that is just so damn compelling and endearing to me.
