SO, FEELINGS!

i mean i could write an essay on my merlin ladies feelings (and pretty sure i have written several, in my head or otherwise) but this fic is like all of them in the loveliest, most articulate package.

all of it is so, so poignant and sad and achey but there's a thread throughout that they still have something, that they will always, always have something, and it gives me hope ;___;

and the bit that particularly gave me chills?

this is my CANON, okay. i don't care what anyone says, including the people who actually write these characters for a living.

i also love this parallel of how gwen keeps tripping and falling and rising from the ashes whereas morgana started off in the highest place but keeps falling and falling. and in between all that, they keep meeting at various points and god, i don't care if i'm overthinking it. anyway, i am reminded once again why fanfic is so glorious~ even if show doesn't give us this, i am glad that i will still have it in some (very glorious) shape or form ♥
