Oh, wow, this fic is fantastic! You've got Kelly's characterization perfectly (like the whole paragraph of her explaining Dunder Mifflin, haha) and the romance between her and Erin was super sweet. The glimpses of the other characters (Ryan crushing on Pam, Andy/Oscar subtext, and Jim getting choked up during both Michael and Dwight's speech) were great too.
