Oh my goodness, this is so perfect. The writing itself is so skilled and wonderful, sort of deliciously slow and such pretty prose. But I love the way you describe his feelings upon seeing her and observing her. You pretty much captured the essence of what I imagine Sawyer realizing and feeling during the 70's, watching her and taking her in. It's lovely.

And YES, she was wrong, THEY ARE MEANT TO BE. IT MUST BE SO!

My heart hurts bad from the finale, and this made me smile, so thanks for that.
