Seeing your name after the words "Barney/Robin fic" is like a little jolt of awesome every time! I always know to expect good things, and this is no exception. Wonderful characterization, as always, believable dialogue, and this underlying sweetness that permeates everything. The same sweetness and sense of romance we see on the show. I liked how you paralleled the scene from Sandcastles in the Sand, and I liked Ted's instinctive disappearing act, and I loved how easy it was for me to picture NPH's face for this:

“You saved my life,” he says wonderingly. He’s still got that goofy look on his face, staring up at her, only now it’s like heightened to the trillionth power.
